4. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and determine, at our sole discretion, whether a replacement will be issued. No refunds will be given.
